General

We operate a 14 day cooling off period in which you can cancel the website, but you still may be charged for domain names costs etc. Any cancellation pass the 14 days will incur the full amount.

Payment

We accept Credit Card, Debit Card payments via PAYPAL or cheque and cash on completion of the website. (Please note a 5% charge will apply if paying by PayPal). All cheques are to be made payable to ‘Enzo Marketing’. Please note that all transactions will be carried out in sterling. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail provided.

The completed site will be delivered in good faith while we wait payment, however if payment terms are not met the website will be removed with no notice.

Contracts are yearly and renewed on payment of the yearly £40.00 fee, or £70.00 for E-commerce websites.

Privacy Policy

We collect only the basic personal details required to process your order. We will not release your name, address, email address or any other information about our customers to any outside party. We will not trade, resell, sell, or redistribute information that you provide to us, to any other companies, organisations or individuals.

Unlawful of Prohibited Use

You shall not use this site for any purpose that is unlawful or by any means prohibited under this terms and conditions. You shall not use this site in any manner, which may harm Enzo website Design© or other parties or adversely affect the site functionality or its use by others. You shall not attempt or obtain from or through this site any information that is not already and intentionally made available from or through it.

All contents and information on this site including without limitation text, graphic and images, is the property of Enzo Website Design© or the property of their respective owners and is protected by United Kingdom copyright laws. A website designed by Enzo may not be updated or modified without prior permission from Enzo Website Design©.

All designs and websites remain the property of Enzo Marketing for the duration they are live. Should you wish that Enzo Website Design© do not control your website anymore then please do not return the yearly renewal form, your website will be removed in due course.

Domain Names

Domain names are registered in the name of Enzo Website Design© and owned by them, however should you wish to have the domain name transferred to another company Enzo Website Design© will happily do this as the overall ownership is that of the client, as it was brought from the initial payment. Once the domain is transferred out Enzo Website Design© will no longer have access or control over the domain name.

Please note domain names can only be transferred out after the current year of contract ends.

Paypal

Any information given by you shall be deemed private and not passed onto any other persons. We suggest you change your password once we have had access to it, for both parties peace of mind and security. (Only applies to E-Commerce packages.
